Terms and conditions

1. Seller

The seller and operator of the DROBA Design e-shop is DROBA sro, Košúty 343, 925 09 Košúty, Slovak Republic, e-mail: [email protected], phone: +421 918 291 917. The company ID and VAT number will be added.

2. Order and conclusion of the contract

Products and their prices are listed in the e-shop. The customer submits the order after filling in the necessary data and confirming the order. Before sending, he can check and correct the entered data. The purchase contract is concluded by confirming the order by e-mail from the seller. The customer receives an order confirmation and payment information by e-mail.

3. Prices and payment

The price of the product is listed with the product. Shipping costs and any fees will be displayed in the order before it is sent. The currently available payment methods are bank transfer, cash on delivery and payment upon personal collection. Cash on delivery is charged at €2. For personal collection in Košúty, payment is made upon receipt. The options displayed in the cart are decisive.

4. Delivery

We usually ship goods in stock within 2 business days. We usually prepare products made or modified to order within 5 business days; delivery time may vary depending on the specific product. Available shipping methods, delivery countries, price and estimated date will be displayed in the cart. Personal collection is possible in Košúty by agreement.

5. Personalized products

For products with their own name, photo or other motif, the customer sends the documents via WhatsApp after ordering and provides the order number. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the name entered and for having the right to use the sent photo, logo or graphic. The seller will use the documents to produce the ordered product. If the goods are made according to the customer's special requirements or made to measure, the statutory right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason does not apply to them; specific information will be displayed next to the product or in the basket.

6. Withdrawal from the contract

The consumer may withdraw from the contract for goods not subject to a statutory exception within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. The withdrawal may be exercised via the function available when ordering or by clear notification to the e-mail [email protected]. The goods shall be sent back within 14 days of withdrawal to the address DROBA sro, Košúty 343, 925 09 Košúty. In the event of withdrawal, the consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The seller shall refund the payments received within the statutory period; he may wait for the return of the goods or proof of their dispatch. 7. Liability for defects and complaints

The consumer's rights from liability for defects and the procedure for exercising them are governed by these terms and conditions and the Complaints Procedure. Questions and suggestions can be sent to [email protected] or by mail to the seller's address.

8. Protection of personal data

We process personal data for order processing, customer communication, delivery, complaint handling and compliance with legal obligations. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

9. Final provisions

Relations with consumers are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. These terms and conditions shall enter into force on the date of their publication. The Seller may change the terms and conditions; the wording effective at the time of sending a specific order shall apply.
