2. What data do we process and why?

When you place an order, we process your identification and contact details, billing and delivery address, details of the ordered goods, payment and communication. We use the data to accept and process the order, delivery and customer support; the legal basis is the performance of the contract. We retain the data on invoices and accounting documents to fulfil legal obligations for the period specified by law.

If you order a personalized product, we may process the name, photo, logo or other material that you send us via WhatsApp along with your order number. We will use it exclusively for the preparation and production of your product and related communications. Please only send materials that you have the right to use; if there are other people in the photo, please ensure that you can provide it for this purpose.

We may also process the data to handle a complaint, withdrawal or legal claim; the legal basis is the fulfillment of a legal obligation or a legitimate interest in protecting rights. We only send marketing messages if we have the appropriate legal basis for this; consent can be withdrawn at any time.

3. To whom we provide data

We only share the data to the extent necessary with providers who help us operate the e-shop, such as Welcomio, the carrier Packeta or another selected carrier, payment service provider and accounting provider, if they are involved in the processing. If you send us materials via WhatsApp, the data is also processed by the provider of this communication service according to its privacy policy. We do not sell the data to third parties.

4. Retention period

We store order data during the execution of the contract and subsequently for the period necessary to exercise or defend legal claims. We store accounting and tax documents for the period required by law. We store personalization documents only for the period necessary to process and execute the order or complaint; then we delete them if their further retention is not required by law or protection of rights.

5. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to request data portability where the legal conditions are met. If the processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time; the withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before the withdrawal. Send your request to [email protected]. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority of the Slovak Republic, www.dataprotection.gov.sk.

We take appropriate measures to protect personal data. The website may use technical cookies necessary for its operation.
