1. Seller and contact

DROBA sro, Košúty 343, 925 09 Košúty, Slovak Republic. E-mail: [email protected], phone: +421 918 291 917. Company ID and VAT number will be added.

2. What is the seller responsible for?

The seller is liable for defects in the goods that become apparent within the statutory period of liability for defects. Depending on the nature of the defect, the consumer has the right to have it removed by repair or replacement, to an appropriate discount or to withdraw from the contract in cases provided for by law. Rights from liability for defects do not apply to damage caused by improper use, mechanical damage by the customer or normal wear and tear.

3. How to make a complaint

Report the defect without undue delay after its discovery by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to DROBA sro, Košúty 343, 925 09 Košúty. Provide your name, order number, product name and description of the defect; attach photos if they help to assess the defect. Do not send the goods on delivery. If it is necessary to hand over the goods for assessment or removal of the defect, the seller will inform you of the further procedure and method of delivery.

4. Confirmation and processing

The seller will immediately confirm receipt of the complaint and indicate the expected time of resolution. The defect will be removed free of charge, at its own expense and within a reasonable period. The period for removing the defect may not exceed 30 days, unless its extension is justified by an objective reason that the seller cannot influence. The seller will inform you immediately about the outcome of the complaint and issue a written confirmation of the resolution.

5. Costs and other rights

The removal of the defect is free of charge for the consumer. If the seller does not remove the defect, refuses to remove it or other legal conditions are met, the consumer may request an appropriate discount or withdraw from the contract. In the event of a dispute, you can contact the competent body for alternative consumer dispute resolution; information is provided by the Slovak Trade Inspection at www.soi.sk.

6. Final provisions

This complaint procedure is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applies together with the Terms and Conditions. The consumer's legal rights are not limited by this.
